| Abstract: |
| Aiming to the widely used AC drive mode, based on the analysis of the effect of unwinding web tension on the paper quality and reasonable selection of control scheme, the design of hardware and software for the rewinder unwinding web tension control system was presented. The hardware part was able to rationally control the flow of energy to achieve energy savings thanks to the use of a common DC bus structure; modular programming was used for the back roller control which was with universal property. The system could be used in practice very well, it could also be applied to various unwinding web tension control with appropriate modification. |
