Abstract:
      In the aerobic treatment process of pulping and papermaking wastewater, dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration is an important variable. However, the process of DO concentration control is a large time-delay, multi-variable, nonlinear process with multi-interference. This paper designed a feed-forward and feed-back control system for controlling DO concentration. The expert controller was used as a feed-forward controller. The fuzzy PID controller was used as a feed-back controller. MATLAB simulation and practical applications results showed that DO concentration control system based on expert feed-forward and fuzzy PID feed-back control had good performance, including smaller overshoot, faster response. The control system could solve the problems of inaccurate and multi-interference of the DO concentration control math model.
