Abstract:
      The recovery boiler has a complex operation mechanism and with the characteristics of time-varying, time-laying, nonlinear etc. It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model. Fuzzy-PI dual-mode controller was applied to its negative pressure control. At the same time, the fuzzy rules and PI parameters were optimized by using genetic algorithm. The main interference factors of the negative pressure were analyzed and the feedforward-feedback control system was designed for it. MATLAB simulation showed that the control system could well overcome the impacts of interference, target parameter change, and object structural change on the negative pressure, it therefore could stabilize the negative pressure and increase the control speed, control accuracy and the adaptive ability.
