Abstract: |
pH-sensitive nano-SiO2 particles were used as stabilizer to prepare Pickering-type ODSA emulsion. The effects of pH value, particles dosage on stability, morphology, dynamic stability and sizing effect of the emulsion were investigated. The results showed that pH-sensitive nano-SiO2 particles could be used to prepare stable and homogenous ODSA emulsion, and the stability of the emulsion increased as the pH value of aqueous phase increasing. As a shear-thinning emulsion, it had the self-repairing ability. |
