Abstract: |
Based on the characteristics of multivariable, strong coupling in CD basis weight control system,multivariable decoupling control strategy for cross-direction basis weight of papermaking process was proposed in this paper.In view of the correlation matrix is high dimensional,non square matrix and large scale sparse matrix, block matrix method and model order reduction were applied in multivariable decoupling control strategy.Then a high dimensional multivariate decoupling control problem was transformed into a single loop group control problem. Mathematical modeling and derivation process in this paper provided a theoretical reference for the design of advanced CD control system. |
