Abstract:
      Due to its high efficiency, specificity, mild and environmental friendly properties, enzymes have been widely used in food, feed, washing, textile, paper making, leather making, medicine, petroleum and other industries. As a kind of delignification enzyme, laccase is being applied to all aspects of pulping and papermaking processes because of its good effect of delignification. For example, laccase can be used in deinking, biobleaching, stickies removal and paper performance improvement. It has great research and application value because it can improve the physical properties of paper, reduce the dosage of chemicals, production cost and environmental pollution.
