In this paper, the technical status and research progress of binary paper strengthening system are summarized, the binary system with cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin (PAE) or cationic starch (CS) as cationic reinforcing agents are emphatically discussed, and the strengthening mechanism of the binary system is expounded. |
