Abstract:
      Starch has been paid more and more attention in the field of functional membrane materials due to its rich source, green and safety, reproducibility, biodegradability and so on. The related research of starch-based functional membrane with excellent properties has become a hot spot at home and abroad. In this paper, the structure and properties of starch were introduced, and the research status of pH indicator starch functional membrane, antibacterial starch functional membrane, hydrophobic starch functional membrane, ultraviolet protection starch functional membrane, starch-based enhanced functional membrane, and starch-based capsule shell functional membrane were reviewed, and the future development of the starch-based functional membranes was also prospected.
