Abstract:
      A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was used for determination of three antioxidants in food paper products with cyclohexane combining ultrasonic as the extraction method. The results showed that the cyclohexane-ultrasonic extraction method had good extraction effect towards the 3 antioxidants, the GC-MS method produced peaks with good symmetry for the tested samples, and the linear relationship of the three antioxidants was good in the range of 0.01~0.50 mg/L (r>0.9990). Furthermore, the standard recovery rates and the RSD were 90.7%~98.2% and 2.4%~4.5%, respectively at 3 different concentration adding levels; and the quantitative limit (S/N≥3) of the GC-MS method was 0.25 mg/kg. It was proved that this method was simple and easy to operate with high accuracy, and suitable for the determination of 3 antioxidants in food paper products.
