Abstract:
      The biological hazards of chloropropanols in food and paper-based food packaging materials were analyzed and the limit value requirements of chloropropanols in food and paper-based food packaging materials in relevant national standards were given in this study. The detection methods of chloropropanols in various current standards and related research were analyzed and compared to provide references for the detection of chloropropanols in food and paper-based food packaging materials.
