| Abstract: |
| The royal palm sheath was treated with neutral sulfite to separate into two fractions： R14 and P200.R14 was further refined twice to obtain pulp which is good for papermaking while P200， as parenchymal cell， was enzymatically hydrolyzed to glucose and then fermented to produce ethanol.Hence， this method to pretreat royal palm sheath followed with hierarchical biorefinery utilization is of practical value. |
