Abstract:
      In view of the difficulties in data collection during pulp displacement cooking and the lack of on-line measuring instruments for Kappa value at the end of the process, this research explored the Kappa value soft measurement model with RPLSR, RBF and RPLSR-RBF algorithms, and analyzed the established model with MATLAB. The results showed that the soft measurement model based on RPLSR-RBF algorithm had higher accuracy and smaller relative error than that of RPLSR or RBF algorithm alone. Moreover, the research finally obtained the block diagram and work flow chart of the online soft measurement system for Kappa value.
