Abstract:
      Using para-aramid pulp/meta-aramid precipitated fiber as the three-dimensional supporting skeleton, of which the para-aramid pulp surface was activated by the DMSO/KOH/H2O system, and 4A type molecular sieve as the adsorbent, the aramid fiber/molecular sieve paper-based materials were prepared via wet forming by compounding para-aramid pulp, meta-aramid precipitated fiber and molecular sieve. The results showed that when the mass ratio of para-aramid pulp, meta-aramid precipitated fiber did not be changed, and molecular sieve additive amount was 1.5 g, the prepared aramid fiber/molecular sieve paper-based material had the best comprehensive performance, with breaking stress of 8 MPa, air permeability of 35 μm/(Pa·s), and removal rate towards PMs and formaldehyde of 99.99% and 93.17%, respectively.
