Abstract:
      In view of the problems such as insufficient accuracy, low efficiency and poor real-time performance of the detection system for the registration error of paper printing in network transmission, a transmission strategy based on user datagram protocol (UDP) was proposed, and a communication network for the registration error detection system was designed and constructed. Firstly, in combination with the characteristics of the printing registration detection system and the requirements of network transmission, two independent threads for registration color mark image transmission and registration error data transmission were created. In terms of color mark image transmission, the bitmap image data with BMP format was analyzed, the transmission mechanism was defined, and the problems of data disorder and loss in image data were solved. In terms of error data transmission, the registration error message format was defined, and a registration error data transmission thread was built to enable the registration control mechanism to adjust in real time. Through network packet capture, the constructed communication network for the registration error detection system was tested. The results showed that the average transmission rate of the image data in the transmission process of the constructed dual-thread communication network reached 120 Mbps, the end-to-end delay was controlled within 5.2 ms, and the packet loss rate was less than 0.01%.
