| Abstract: |
| Based on the structural characteristics of the eTAD tissue machine, this study established a mechanism model for its energy system to describe the energy transfer process and the internal relationship between key process parameters and energy consumption, and verified the reliability of the model using continuous operation data. The results showed that the mean absolute percentage errors (MAPE) of the vacuum roll fan power consumption, wet paper web moisture content before the Yankee cylinder, natural gas flow rate, and Yankee cylinder drying rate were 1.80%, 4.18%, 6.62%, and 2.81%, respectively. After correction, the MAPE values of the predicted steam flow rates for both the small dryer and the Yankee cylinder were within 3%. The model had certain reliability and could provide a reference for energy consumption regulation and process optimization. |
