      针对某纸厂棉秆制浆车间出现的蒸煮管腐蚀减薄问题,提出了一个新的预测程序,即在现有超声波测厚数据的基础上,通过对传统GM(1,1)模型进行改进,建立了灰色组合模型,来预测该蒸煮管筒体的厚度减薄量,并且用Matlab编程语言实现了灰色组合模型。分析结果表明,灰色组合模型能更好地预测蒸煮管壁厚减薄的趋势,通过预测实例及后验差法检验模型精度,表明灰色组合模型预测精度较高,具有较强的适用性。
Abstract:
      In this paper,the reason of thinning of the cooking tube in a horizontal continuous digestor using for cotton stalk pulping was analyzed.A combination grey model is established for settlement prediction based on the classical grey GM(1,1).The prediction program of the combination grey model is realized using Matlab language.The application example and checking with posterior variance method show that the combination grey model has higher prediction precision and better applicability.
