综述了近几年由纤维素直接制备5-羟甲基糠醛的方法,并对非离子液体和离子液体反应体系进行了全面的比较和分析。就目前的反应体系而言,5-羟甲基糠醛的得率还达不到工业化生产水平。为纤维素一步法制备5-羟甲基糠醛寻找新型功能离子液体催化体系和加强反应过程强化技术是目前研究的目标。 |
Abstract: |
The preparation methods of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural from cellulose developed in recent years were introduced in this paper. A comprehensive comparison and analysis were made between non-ionic liquid reaction system and ionic liquid reaction system. At present, the problem is that the product yield is too low to commercialize. In order to improve the production, looking for the new ionic liquid catalytic system and enhanced reaction process will be the research objectives. |
