以活性焦为曝气生物滤池填料,采用流动床-活性焦曝气生物滤池工艺对天津某造纸厂废水(车间外排造纸白水和少量脱墨废水,CODCr 500~800 mg/L,色度300~500倍)进行处理。试验结果表明,流动床-活性焦曝气生物滤池运行过程中出水水质稳定,出水CODCr为29.2 mg/L(进水CODCr平均值为547.8 mg/L),CODCr去除率为94.7%,色度为20倍(进水色度平均值为480倍),色度去除率为95.8%,达到《制浆造纸工业水污染排放标准》(GB 3544—2008)的要求。 |
Abstract: |
The fluidized-bed/biological aerated filter(BAF)technology improved by using active coke as the filler was used to treat the mixed waste water of paper machine white water and small amount of deinking water from a paper mill,containing 500~800 mg/L CODCr and 300~500 times colourity. The experiment results indicated that the quality of treated waste water was stable, CODCr removal rate was 94.7% on average, the minimum concentration of CODCr was 29.2 mg/L; color removal rate was 95.8% on average, the lowest colourity was 20 times. This effluent quality can meet the requirement of the discharge regulation of GB 3544—2008. |
