采用分析方法构建了蒸汽喷射器供汽系统及其主要设备分析数学模型,并以国内典型蒸汽喷射器供汽系统为案例,分析了蒸汽喷射器供汽系统内部各个设备及系统的效率、损失系数及损率与烘缸压差的变化规律,比较了各个设备和系统各项参数的差异。结果表明,汽水分离器损失最小,效率最高;烘缸是整个系统中损失最严重的环节,损率超过0.86,损失系数最大;蒸汽喷射器虽然能节汽,却不能节,其效率在40%左右;整个系统最佳工况点在烘缸压差ΔP=0.02 MPa(δ=0.16)时,此时系统效率为52%,并据此提出了蒸汽喷射器供汽系统节能技术改进的方向。 |
Abstract: |
Exergy analysis method was applied to develop exergy analysis mathematical model of steam-driven jet ejector (SDJE) system and its main devices used in paper industry. A typical domestic SDJE system was chosen to be the object of this study, in which exergy efficiency, exergy loss coefficients and exergy loss rate as a function of dryer cylinder differential pressure was analyzed and the differences of the parameters of each devices and systems were compared to each other. The results showed that the exergy loss of the steam separator is the minimum, and its exergy efficiency is the highest. Dryer cylinder is the device with the highest exergy loss in the whole system, whose exergy loss rate is over 0.86, exergy loss coefficient is maximum; SDJE can reduce steam consumption, but cant reduce exergy consumption, and exergy efficiency is about 40%. The optimal working condition of SDJE system comes out that the system exergy efficiency is 52% when the dryer differential pressure is 0.02 MPa. Finally energy-saving technology improvement direction of SDJE is proposed based on the exergy analysis of the devices in SDJE and the whole SDJE system. |
