      针对自催化乙醇法制浆的技术特点,介绍了自催化乙醇法制浆所得浆料及各种副产物如木素、糠醛、醋酸、碳水化合物的性能。以Repap公司的大量中试研究结果为基础,概述了废液中各种组分的分离方法、主要应用及其后续的研究重点与发展方向。
Abstract:
      In view of the characteristics of auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping, the properties of the ethanol pulp and all kinds of by-product such as lignin, furfural, acetic acid and carbohydrates were discussed in this paper. On the basis of the abundant pilot study in Repap company, the separation method of various components in the waste liquid, the main application of the components and subsequent research focus and development direction were summarized. The aim is to realize the integration of traditional pulping and biorefinery. Auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping could provide high value-added chemicals which could replace petroleum base products.
