针对纸浆厂所用蒸煮管的工艺参数,以材质、壳体厚度、补强圈厚度为正交实验自变量,每个自变量分别取3个水平,设计了L9(34)正交表,进行了正交实验,用有限元法研究蒸煮管筒体径向大开孔处的应力分布情况。结果表明,有限元法研究蒸煮管开孔处应力分布情况可行,最佳水平组合为壳体计算厚度14 mm、材质为Q245R、补强圈厚度12 mm。 |
Abstract: |
On the basis of the process parameters of the cooking tube using in pulp mills, material, thickness of the shell, thickness of the reinforcing ring were selected as independent variables for orthogonal test, each variable selected three levels i.e. the minimum, median and maximum; “L9(34)” orthogonal table was designed; nine orthogonal tests with three factors and three levels were carried out. The finite element method was used to study the stress distribution of the cylinder of cooking tube with large opening in radial direction. The results showed that, the finite element method for studying stress distribution was feasible; the optimum combination was calculated thickness of the shell 14 mm, the material “Q245R”, reinforcing ring thickness 12 mm. |
