为建立更为科学合理的喷墨打印纸质量评价模型,提高喷墨印刷质量,测试了6种喷墨打印纸的吸收性(X1)、光泽度(X2)、粗糙度(X3)、白度(X4)和不透明度(X5)等表面性能,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建判断矩阵,计算得到各表面性能对纸张质量影响的权重系数分别为0.6415、0.1279、0.7428、0.1056、0.0961,并建立了喷墨打印纸质量评价模型F=0.6415X1+0.1279X2+0.7428X3+0.1056X4+0.0961X5 。在相同的实验条件下,对6种喷墨打印纸进行打印输出GATF标准梯尺,用SpectroEye分光密度仪测定网点扩大值,用QEA图像分析仪测定网点的直径。以网点扩大值作为喷墨印刷质量的检测标准,对评价模型进行了检验。结果表明,基于AHP的喷墨打印纸质量评价模型能够准确评价纸张的性能,相对于传统的评价方法,其具有简单实用的特点。 |
Abstract: |
In order to establish a more scientific and reasonable quality evaluation model of ink-jet paper and improve the quality of ink-jet printing, the surface characteristics of six kinds of ink-jet paper, such as absorbency, gloss, roughness, whiteness and opacity were tested. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used to construct the judgment matrix, the weight coefficients of the influence of surface characteristics on the paper quality were calculated as 0.6415, 0.1279, 0.7428, 0.1056, 0.0961, respectively,and the quality evaluation model of ink-jet paper was established F=0.6415X1+0.1279X2+0.7428X3+0.1056X4+0.0961X5. Under the same experimental conditions, GATF standard ruler was printed on the six kinds of ink-jet paper, the dot gain was measured by SpectroEye, and the diameter of the dot was measured by QEA image analyzer. The results showed that the quality evaluation model of ink-jet paper based on AHP could evaluate the performance of paper accurately. Compared with the traditional evaluation method, it had the advantages of simplicity and practicability. |
