对扰流棒的设计进行了系统分析，通过对扰流棒材质、截面尺寸及间距的设计，改进了烘缸排水系统，提出了新的“不溢流”原理，并取得了一项发明专利。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the design of the turbulence bar of dryer， and put forward a new design principle of “non overflow”. The turbulence bar design method for the dryer with different diameters， and running conditions was suggested based on a lot of calculation. A patent of this technology was granted．
