对新型渗透剂用于杨木APMP制浆进行了研究,建立了杨木APMP制浆过程中浸渍段氢氧化钠用量与磨浆能耗之间的数学回归方程模型,即:y(磨浆能耗)=3147.18-74356.73x+575966.56x2(x为氢氧化钠用量)。同时研究了在最佳化学药品用量条件下,P1、P2、P3、P4、P5 5种新型渗透剂对杨木APMP磨浆能耗和纸浆纤维形态的影响。结果表明,P2、P3、P5 3种渗透剂可以降低约10%的磨浆能耗;其中,P3渗透剂处理的杨木APMP可以获得较好的纤维长度和较高的纤维分丝帚化率。 |
Abstract: |
The effects of novel penetrating agents on the poplar APMP pulping were investigated and the mathematical model relationships between the dosage of sodium hydroxide and the energy consumption in poplar APMP pulping was established: y (energy consumption) =3147.18-74356.73x+575966.56x2(x is the dosage of sodium hydroxide).Further, the effects of five new penetrating agents on the energy consumption and fiber morphology of poplar APMP were studied under the optimum chemical dosage.The results showed that the penetrating agents P2, P3 and P5 could reduce the energy consumption by about 10%, and the P3 could help produce better fibers and higher fibrillation of poplar APMP. |
