采用纸张表面施胶-干燥-溶解的基本工艺步骤,模拟制备废旧箱纸板(OCC)废纸浆二次淀粉,分析了制浆过程中OCC废纸浆进入水相后二次淀粉的理化特性及过氧化氢(H2O2)离子化改性二次淀粉的留着性能。结果表明,当溶解条件为温度90℃、溶解时间30 min、转速1500 r/min时,二次淀粉几乎完全溶解;二次淀粉黏均分子质量由0.4×105 g/mol降为0.3×105 g/mol;热稳定性能下降,最大热分解温度由316.5℃降至303.6℃;红外分析表明没有新的官能团生成;将H2O2离子化改性的二次淀粉回用于造纸湿部,取代度(DS)0.15的改性二次淀粉在纤维上的留着率可达约48.0%,并提高了纸张物理性能。 |
Abstract: |
The secondary starch in the simulant recycled OCC waste paper was obtained in a sequence of surface sizing with starch, drying and dissolving. The physicochemical characteristics of secondary starch from re-pulping of simulant OCC waste paper and its retention rate in papers after modification were evaluated. Results showed that the starch almost completely dissolved when the resolving conditions were temperature of 90℃, dissolving time of 30 min and rotate speed of 1500 r/min. The molecular weight of secondary starch decreased from 0.4×105 g/mol to 0.3×105 g/mol, and its thermal stability decreased, with the maximum thermal decomposition temperature decreasing from 316.5℃ to 303.6℃. The secondary starch after ionization modification by hydrogen peroxide was added in the wet-end section, results showed that the retention rate of secondary starch reached ~48% when the substitution degree (DS) is 0.15, and the strength properties of the paper were also enhanced. |
